Returns
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Beauty Secrets Gifts & Supplies within 10 days of delivery for an exchange of the item once your requirement was not met. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. Just visit our Virtualmalljamaica.com Returns Center, and they will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out. Where a replacement of the product is not found a refund or store credit will be given.

You should expect to receive your exchange within the same turnaround time of the shipping method that was originally selected, however, in many cases your exchange will be done more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper which is usually 2 business days for Kingston & St. Catherine and 3 to 5 business days for Rural Parishes. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it is usually (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail once we've have received and processed the returned item.

• Items that were delivered according to order specification and within the specified period of time
