How much does it cost to ship a gift?

We offer FREE Shipping in Kingston & Portmore with most of our products.This includes the majority of gifts on our web site for which value $3500 or more.

Expedited shipping methods - Same Day Express & Weekend - are also available for most gifts. The cost of these services vary depending on the size of the gift and the delivery destination.

Tara Local Courier Delivery is also available for most addresses in Jamiaca area. Local Courier Deliveries are typically delivered by the next Business day or as soon as the order is placed, if place before 2pm. Tara Courier costs vary by destination address.

Can I ship to a hospital?

Yes, however, due to Hospital Shipping/Receiving procedures, we do not recommend doing so except in long-term care situations.  We accept no responsibility for gifts returned to us from hospitals.

How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

Do you ship fruits to Rural Areas?

Due to the warm climate, the only shipping methods available for shipping fruits are Same Day Express & Next Business Day within Kingston, Spanish Town & Portmore. You will notice "Substitutions" in our gifts that include fruits. Substitutions of items are of equal or greater value for areas outside of the delivery areas. When production centers are set up in other Parishes, we will have more options available for gifts that include fruits.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your gift has been shipped. This email will provide you with a picture of your order if customized.

Can I ship a gift that includes wine?

We have several wine gifts on our website. Our wines usually have a life span of a year or more, therefore there is no reason to be concerned about spoilage, feel free to look in our wine gifts catergory. All gifts in this catergory are customizable. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, etc...?

Tara Courier does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO boxes or FPO boxes, and our web site will not accept these addresses as a valid shipping address. We will gladly ship your gift to physical addresses only.

Can I include items that are not shown in the order entry form?

Yes, we can customize your gift to include items that are not shown as available in the order entry process. Simply give us a call and let us know which items you would like to include in your gift, and in most cases, we are able to accommodate! remember no two gifts are exactly alike, we cater to your taste, preference and pocket!

Are volume Discounts available for the holidays?

Your order must be placed by October 31st to receive the early bird discount for this holiday season. Any order in the $15,000-$30,000 price range(excluding shipping and tax) will receive a 6% discount. Any order $31,000(excluding shipping tax) and above will receive a 8% discount.

We also offer a Standard Holiday Discount. Your order must be placed by November 30th to receive this discount. Any orders in the $10,000-$19,000 price range(excluding tax and shipping) will receive a 3% discount. Any order totaling $20,000(excluding shipping and tax) and above will receive a 5% discount.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, any order in the $10,000-$19,000 price range(excluding shipping and tax) will receive a 3% discount.  Any order totaling $20,000 and above will receive a 5% discount. Standard Discounts are  offered January through December.
